The company does not guarantee specific delivery times for goods
The company is not responsible for delays in transport or delivery, and no compensation will be given for transit delays.
The company is not liable for loss, damage, deterioration, or breakage of goods.
The company is not liable for damages due to weather, accidentsThe company accepts goods at the owner’s risk, rejecting insecure packing., strikes, riots, or circumstances beyond its control.
Incorrect declaration of consignment contents makes the consignor liable for consequences.
Goods should be taken within 30 days; late pickup incurs a storage fee.
The original consignment note must be presented during delivery.
The company can re-measure, re-weigh, and re-calculate rates before delivery.
Write “SELVES” on the consignment note for goods sent through Bank or V.P.P.
While no weight/content guarantee, precautions against pilferage are taken.
The company is not responsible if goods are detained/confiscated by authorities
The company can refuse to dispatch goods without stating a reason.
Goods might be sent through another service; terms apply, liability shifts.
Perishables undelivered for 15 days may be sold via public auction.
The company is not responsible for re-booking or losses due to accidents.
The company acts as a “Transport Contractor” who provides goods but doesn’t carry them for a commission. If there’s damage, the sender can only claim compensation from the receiver’s truck carrier or service agency, not from the company.
Goods are not insured, so we are not liable for damage.
Overloading issues are not our responsibility.
Truck owner bears responsibility for the goods.
